Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.

How do you protect wine from extreme temperatures during transit?

Can I return a bottle of wine if I don't like it?

We only accept returns for bottles that are corked or flawed. If you believe your wine is defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.
